Skallops. These vegetable Skallops are low in
fat and quite delicious! Skallops are perfect
marinated for a main course or use them to compliment other
recipes . Only 1 1/2 grams of fat per serving and it has no
cholesterol, contains no meat, animal fat, or preservatives

be breaded or used with a beaten egg and rolled in
crackers or bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil or pan
fry until gold brown. Another Worthington suggestion is
to cut the skallops into bite size pieces, pan fry in
margarine or vegetable oil, and blend with any sauce
commonly used with seafood such as cheese, creole,
lemon-butter, or hollandaise. Serve over toast, very
yummy! |
