Return Policy

Returning Product:
Contact us by email at before returning any item.  Please include your phone number.  We will contact you to discuss the return.  You will need to pay the return shipping costs.  Once we receive your items, we will verify that they are in good condition.  We will then credit the credit card that you used when placing the original order.

Damaged Product:
We do our best to check every order before it leaves our warehouse to ensure that no item is damaged.  Unfortunately, once in a while something gets damaged in route.  Reporting damaged product is a 3 step process:
1. Take a picture of the damaged item.  If there is damage on the shipping container, please take a picture of it also.
2. Contact us by email at and include your pictures of the damage.  Please include your phone number.
3. We will contact you to discuss the damage and reimbursement.
