Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients:
20 large sweet organic apples
2 cups water
1/2 cup organic raw cane sugar
Directions:
1. Peel, core and quarter apples.
2. Chop in large pieces.
3. Add apple pieces to an 8 - 10 qt pot with sugar and water.
4. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on medium low heat for 20 minutes.
5. Stir, cover, and contine to cook on low heat until apples are mushy.
6. Ladle the applesauce into sterilized glass jars, screw on lids and allow to cool.
7. Store in the fridge.
