Lindsay's Famous Hi-Pro Pancakes
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup corn meal
1 cup oat bran
1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspopon sale
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons honey or barley malt syrup
1 1/4 cup low fat soy milk, (more if necessary for correct consistency, Jan's
note)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry ingredients, add wet, mix well, let stand 5 minutes - add more
liquid as required (Jan's note), cook normally.
