     Ingredients:


     1 (15-ounce) can black beans, minced and drained
     1 large mango, skin removed and diced (under ripe ones work perfect for this)
     1 long chili pepper, seeds removed and minced
     2 cloves garlic
     2 teaspoon lime zest
     juice of 3 limes
     2 tablespoons orange juice
     1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
     chopped cilantro, to taste
     salt, to taste



     Directions:


     1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

     2. Let marinate at least over night. The acid from the lime and orange juice will cook the mango.
        It doesn't get any easier than that.

        You could eat this over rice, with tortilla's or by it self. This is a great raw dish. Enjoy!!!


     Makes: 3 to 4 servings
