Beautiful color photographs accompany most of the recipes in this beautifully designed, large-size book. A perfect gift for weddings, birthdays, Christmas, or Mother?s Day.

    Introduction

    Dear Friends,

There are youth ministers, ministers of music, ministers of the Word, but have you ever heard of a minister of healthy cuisine? That is the title that is so befitting to Barbara Kerr. Healthy cooking is not just a hobby with her, it?s a ministry!

Barbara almost lost her life to a disease that stemmed from the typical American diet. For years she struggled with an abnormal reaction and sensitivity to food, and food was something she needed to survive. Then, after many tears, prayers, doctors, prescriptions, and heartaches, the answer came. A diet straight from nature, loaded with life-giving enzymes, and a simple healthy lifestyle finally brought healing to her body.

There are no words to adequately describe how you feel when you?ve looked death in the face. I know, because I?ve been there. But one thing is for sure?you?re never the same again. Your perspectives are forever changed.

Barbara now LIVES to tell her story and share with others how lifestyle and diet changes can make all the difference in the world! Her kitchen is the sanctuary where she prays for heavenly recipes that will make a healthier, happier world. . . recipes that will offer answers to someone who might be desperately searching for them like she once did. The recipes in this cookbook not only contain ingredients from the garden and your local health food store, they also contain a heaping helping of a heart that really cares . . .and that is the heart of Barbara Kerr. ENJOY!

    Best wishes,
