If you live outside the United States of America or Canada, please telephone us directly to place your international order with our Pennsylvania, U.S. ABC Vegefood retail store.  See telephone number below. 

Please follow our guidelines below when you telephone us with your order.  Also note our store hours before calling since our time and day might be different then yours.

(1) Please select the items and quantity you want to order before calling us.

(2) Have your credit card ready. 

(3) Shipping.  We ship United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S) either by "Economy Mail" (takes about 6-8 weeks average delivery time) or by "Air" (takes about 2-3 weeks average delivery time).

(4) Shipping Costs are approximate. 1 case of Vegefood food (about 19 pounds, 8.64 Kgs.) "Economy" cost about $48.05 and for "Air" the cost is about $74.00, in U.S. dollars.  Please ask what your total shipping will be when you order.

(5) To place your international order, please telephone our Vegefood Pennsylvania store below during our normal business hours.  Closed on major U.S. holidays.
