Return Policy

Returning Product:
Contact us by email at [email protected] before returning any item.  Please include your phone number.  We will contact you to discuss the return.  You will need to pay the return shipping costs.  Once we receive your items, we will verify that they are in good condition.  We will then credit the credit card that you used when placing the original order.

Damaged Product:

IMPORTANT: Should you receive product(S) that has been damaged, take the following steps to seek remuneration:

  1. Take photos of the outside of the box and each individual item that is damaged and keep on hand for UPS or postal service inspectors (if necessary).
  2. Visit to start the Damaged Package Claims Process.
  3. Click the Continue button and follow the instructions to initiate the Damaged Package Claims Process.

If UPS does not accept your claim, forward us a copy of the photo(s) of the damaged product(s) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
